To maintain a smooth workflow and ensure fair chat distribution among everyone, we are focusing on improving our overall chat availability and productivity as a team.
Effective 1st-Feb, all team members are encouraged to maintain a minimum of 5.5 hours of active chat handling time during their shift. This active time will be calculated excluding scheduled breaks, meal time, restroom breaks, smoke breaks, and time spent on busy status.
This initiative is aimed at maintaining balanced workload distribution and continue delivering the best possible customer experience.
Please be inform negative score will be impacted if a minimum of 5.5 active hours is not found on chat.
≥ 5 Hours 30 Minutes = No Negative Marking
≥ 5 Hours 15 Minutes = Minus 6 Marks
≥ 5 Hours 00 Minutes = Minus 8 Marks
< 5 Hours = Minus 10 Marks
