Scenario 1:
If an order is expired in our OMS but the PNR is still valid at the provider's end, and the customer places a new order for the same passenger details, they will automatically be redirected to the previous order. The expired order will become active again for making payment. (Customer wont know that they are re-directed to older order)
Scenario 2:
If an order is already active in our OMS and the PNR is also active on the provider portal, and the customer tries to place a new order for the same details, they will receive a message informing them that an active order already exists in their “My Bookings” section.
