1. Auto Cancellation:

Auto cancellation is now live and please ensure all cancellations are processed through OMS system especially for (PIA, Airsial & Serene).

  • Do not process cancellations manually unless the system prevents it or you encounter an issue.
  • If a manual cancellation is necessary, make sure to:
  • Add detailed notes in the Order Notes section.
  • Inform the available lead so the issue can be addressed and fixed for future cases.

2. Ticket Assignment:

When a customer contacts us regarding ticket confirmation due to a "processing" booking status:

  • First, check with the ticketing team to confirm whether they are actively working on the order.
  • Only after confirming this, proceed to:
  • Assign the order
  • Take appropriate actions such as cancellation or adjustment, if needed.
