Chat Team Update: If a customer connects you for cancellation/refund of the ticket via Live Chat, verification must be completed before refunding the ticket through a call to the registered number or via the registered email. This requirement applies specifically to IBFT refunds. (For all other payment methods, the existing refund process remains unchanged)
Email Team Update: From very onwards, the email team advise to close the Manual Cancellation Email from Freshdesk without having any verification. Please be informed that Customer Trigger Email verification remains there as it is.
Product Update: It is just to inform that Customer Trigger Cancellation is functional again, we should push Registered User to cancel Order at their end, particularly for SereneAir, PIA & Airsial.
