FreshDesk Order Cancellation Email: All team advise to close cancellation email on freshdesk whenever cancelling any order. 


Reissue Order Calculation formate: reiterated the calculation formate of reissue order.

Lead Supervisor Call: 

  • Trying your best to convince customers. 
  • Give customers a proper solution to their problem.  
  • Must inform Lead about any generating complaint or annoying customer.
  • If the customer wants to talk with TL/SPV, ask them to hold and call on Lead to handle the query.
